Session 1

Reflection Questions

  • How would you characterize the balance or imbalance in your life presently?
     

  • What areas of your life are most consistently difficult or challenging from a balance perspective?
     

  • What impact might “imbalance” be having on your life or ministry?

Session 2

Reflection Questions

  • What “early warning signs” or “tells” signify to you that you are in danger of losing a healthy balance?
     

  • What shadow motivations might be consistently impacting your balance?
     

  • To what degree do you struggle to balance “who you are” with “what you do?”
     

  • Where could you be more intentional in your approach or commitment to developing and maintaining balance in your life?

Session 3

Reflection Questions

  • What commitment to improving your time management skills and processes are you willing to make? What benefits do you think doing so would have for you?
     

  • What “voices” do you have in your life that help to encourage balance? Do you have any people in your life who serve as your “prophet”, “cheerleader”, “harasser” or “teaser”, or “guide”?

Session 4

Reflection Questions

  • Where do you most struggle saying “no”? How might you become more comfortable and confident in responding to those situations differently?
     

  • What commitments to rest and renewal would be helpful to more consistently restoring and maintaining your balance?
     

  • What individuals could be accountability partners that would be helpful to you as you make a greater, specific, intentional commitment to better balance in your life?
