Pastoral Advocacy Seminars & Presentations to Laity

Northern ELM actively seeks opportunities to advocate among laity for pastoral self-care and wellness.  Advocacy messaging focuses on highlighting the extensive data outlining the breadth of the pastoral health crisis (physical, emotional, relational, spiritual, financial) as well as a discussion of strategies identified to address these issues and support pastors in their unique roles.

Potential audiences for advocacy seminars/presentations include denominational gatherings, adult Christian education classes, and board/officer retreats and training sessions.

Lay seminars and presentations can be delivered in-person or virtually via video, and are conducted on a pro-bono basis. Sponsors are asked to reimburse for materials and any travel costs incurred.
