Session 2

How natural is it for you to embrace or accept “endings”? Looking back at previous personal transitions in your life, what “endings” can you identify? What do you remember about how you felt during the time?

Which of the five “Dis-” states resonated most deeply with you (Disengagement, Dismantling, Disidentification, Disenchantment, or Disorientation)? Why?

Is there anything that God may be nudging you to let go of presently? Is there an ending or a transition that He may be calling you to? If so, how do you feel about it?
Session 3

Can you recall experiences you have had in the “Neutral Zone”? Can you recall how these experiences felt to you at the time? How do you think about those experiences now?

Bridges encourages us to embrace the need to surrender to the emptiness and discomfort of the fallow period of the Neutral Zone. Does that make intuitive sense to you? How might you frame that to help you to embrace it in future transitions you might face?
