Northern ELM Mentoring Group provides an experienced, faith-based mentor dedicated to walk alongside pastors and help support you in your self-care commitment and to address specific leadership and management challenges and opportunities that you may be facing in your calling.

Support is available through a range of options, including online pastoral cohorts, spiritual direction, pastoral or lay leadership workshops and seminars, online video content and customized online mentoring. All services are offered on a pro-bono basis.
